SolanaQR is a decentralized QR code advertising platform built on the Solana blockchain where users can:

• Place bids to display their QR codes during 24-hour epochs
• Earn SWAN tokens by scanning QR codes from winning advertisers
• Participate in a transparent, blockchain-based advertising ecosystem

2. Eligibility and Account Requirements

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our Service.

2.2 Wallet Connection

To use our Service, you must connect a compatible Solana wallet. You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys
• All transactions conducted through your wallet
• Any loss of funds due to wallet compromise

2.3 Token Requirements

To claim SWAN rewards, you must hold tokens minted by the authorized token authority as specified in our smart contract documentation.

  • Child exploitation or abuse
  • Pornography or sexually explicit material
  • Prostitution or human trafficking
• Contains deliberately misleading or fraudulent information
• Falsely claims affiliation with or endorsement by third parties
• Promotes self-harm, suicide, or dangerous activities
• Interferes with government functions or contains false election information

3.2 Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our Service or other users' accounts
• Use our Service to facilitate illegal transactions or money laundering
• Circumvent security measures or exploit vulnerabilities
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate bidding or rewards
• Use automated systems (bots) to interact with our Service without express permission
• Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the Service

6. Bidding and Rewards System

• Bids are submitted for 24-hour advertising epochs
• All bids are final and non-refundable
• Winning bids are determined by highest amount submitted
• Previous winners receive refunds when outbid

6.2 Reward Claims

• SWAN rewards are distributed to users who scan QR codes
• Reward amounts may vary based on platform configuration
• You must hold required verification tokens to claim rewards
• Claims are subject to smart contract validation

6.3 Platform Fees

We may retain a portion of bid amounts for platform maintenance and development.

7. Intellectual Property

As our Service may be distributed through the Solana Mobile dApp Store, all users must additionally comply with:
